Tyler Glover serves as TPL Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the TPL Corporation board. Mr. Glover also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Pacific Water Resources, in which capacity he has acted since its formation. Mr. Glover also served as Chief Executive Officer, Co-General Agent and Secretary of TPL Trust. Mr. Glover, a Midland native, has 17 years of energy services and land management experience.

Chris Steddum serves as TPL Corporation’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Steddum also served as Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations of TPL Corporation and TPL Trust. Prior to joining TPL Trust, Mr. Steddum was a Director at Stifel Financial Corporation’s oil and gas investment banking team. Mr. Steddum began his investment banking career in Credit Suisse’s global oil & gas coverage team where he worked on multiple transactions across equity capital markets, debt capital markets and M&A.

Micheal W. Dobbs serves as TPL Corporation’s Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel. Mr. Dobbs also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of TPL Trust. Prior to joining TPL Trust, Mr. Dobbs had been a partner at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Mr. Dobbs has over two decades of experience with property and mineral rights, water rights, easements and leasehold negotiations. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

Stephanie Buffington serves as TPL Corporation’s Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Buffington also served as Vice President, Accounting of TPL Corporation and TPL Trust. Prior to joining TPL Trust, Ms. Buffington served as Vice President of Financial Reporting at Monogram Residential Trust, Inc., a publicly traded REIT. Ms. Buffington has over two decades of public company experience and began her career at KPMG. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Katie Keenan serves as Texas Pacific Land Corporation’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Transactions and Assistant General Counsel. Mrs. Keenan joined TPL in January 2017 as Land Manager and transitioned to and served as Vice President, Land and Legal at Texas Pacific Water Resources.  Prior to joining TPL, Mrs. Keenan worked for BHP Billiton in the Permian Basin focusing on property and water rights negotiations, right-of-way acquisitions and land purchase contracts. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas.

Jeremy Smith serves as Texas Pacific Land Corporation’ s Senior Vice President of Business Development.  Mr. Smith came to Texas Pacific Land Corporation from EOG Resources where he negotiated water sourcing and purchasing agreements across the Permian Basin and the Eagle Ford Shale. Prior to EOG, Mr. Smith led a successful real estate broker service. Mr. Smith’s transactional knowledge combined with his oil and gas water experience allows for capitalization on all aspects of water and land related business development and contracts.

Lawrence Labanowski serves as TPL Corporation's Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions.  Prior to joining TPL, Mr. Labanowski was a Managing Director with UBS Investment Bank's Global Energy Group, where he advised on and led the execution of multiple strategic transactions across M&A, capital markets and structured financings.  Mr. Labanowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Brandon Boyd serves as Texas Pacific Land Corporation’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Boyd came to Texas Pacific Land Corporation from EOG Resources, where he led strategic initiatives and optimized asset performance across the Permian Basin and Eagle Ford Shale. His deep experience spans strategic planning, business development, and financial analysis. Mr. Boyd holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shawn Amini serves as TPL Corporation's Vice President, Finance and Investor Relations.  Prior to joining TPL, Mr. Amini was a senior research analyst with Invesco, where he specialized in North American energy infrastructure. Prior to Invesco, Mr. Amini held roles as an energy sector specialist at Prudential Capital and Credit Suisse.

Robert Crain has served as Executive Vice President of Texas Pacific Water Resources since its formation. Prior to TPWR, Mr. Crain led water resource development efforts for EOG Resources across multiple basins, including the Permian and Eagleford. During his career, he has successfully developed multiple large-scale sourcing, distribution and treatment systems across multiple platforms and industries. Mr. Crain holds dual Bachelor of Science Degrees (Water Resources and Criminal Justice) from Texas State University as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Tyler.
