Shareholder Office and Water Field Visit in Midland

Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE: TPL) invites shareholders to visit our office and water field operations in Midland, Texas

Preliminary schedule:

• 8:00am - office visit and presentation related to Permian basin water industry and TPL's water business
• 11:00am- Midland Yard field tour in the afternoon (transportation provided by TPL)

Event planned to conclude at 3:00pm at the TPL Midland office.

A signed liability waiver will be required to attend the Midland Yard field tour - waiver will be provided during the Midland office visit
