Shareholder Water Field Visit in Midland

Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE: TPL) invites shareholders to visit our water field operations in Midland, Texas

Preliminary schedule:

• 7:15am - Breakfast and registration at the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum
• 8:00am - Presentation related to Permian basin water industry and TPL's water business
• 11:00am- Midland Yard field tour in the afternoon (transportation provided by TPL)
